Paul William Bennett, 47, of Linefork passed away Monday, August 16, 2021, at his home following a long illness. He was born on July 23, 1974 in Indiana. Paul was a member of the Linefork Foursquare Gospel Church. He enjoyed gospel and bluegrass music but was famous for two things – his cups and his bearhugs! He was never able to learn very well but he was a great teacher. He taught people how to be kind and patient and to find joy in the little things.
Paul is preceded in death by a brother, Andre'.
Left to mourn his passing are his mother, Mary Coots Bennett, Linefork; seven sisters Mary Louise, Miranda, Carmel, Sharon, Theresa, Joanna and Elizabeth; and nine brothers, Chris, Joey, Howard, Calvin, Justin, Chris, BJ, Jonathon and Aiden.
His visitation will be Thursday from 6 until 8 pm at the Linefork Foursquare Gospel Church. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11 am at the Church with the Reverend John Coleman officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bennett Family Cemetery at Linefork.
