Joseph Everett Jacobs, 35, of Holts Summit, Missouri, left this earthly world on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at St. Mary's Health Center.
He was born on June 15, 1985 in Columbia, a son of the late Cecil Jacobs and Beverly (Stricklin) Diemler.
Joe was a graduate of Jefferson City High School.
He owned and operated J.J.s Masonry.
He was a devoted father. He was hardworking and driven. He was a loyal friend. He was a mentor and coach. He was an excellent mason and businessman. He was the best bass fisherman that ever lived. His wit and keen sense of humor were unmatched by any of his peers.
He leaves behind his two children, Everett James and Luna May.
He will be deeply missed by his family that adored him…Beverly and Steve Diemler (mother and stepfather), Hurley and Kristy Jacobs (brother), Will and Erin Jacobs (brother), Puna Jacobs (half brother), Courtney Diemler (sister), Katie Diemler (sister), Annie Diemler (sister) and Michael Diemler (godson). He also leaves behind the love of his life and best friend, Sara Steen, who has made the last two years of his and his kids lives the best of his life.
He always gave 100% and never stopped. But now he has. Rest in Jesus' arms my son.
Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors.
