Karen was born on September 1, 1944 in Springfield, MO to George and Mimi Manis.
She graduated from Parkview High School in 1961She was blessed to marry James E. Rogers in the next year, 1962. Karen was her husbands partner in life and in the business that they started together, working as a bookkeeper to make it a success.
Karen loved gardening, cooking, and home décor.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her son Elden Rogers. She is survived by her husband James Rogers, and her daughters Delanah Gebhart, Rachel Hosford, Terri Rogers, and Katy Rogers. As well as her grandchildren, Rebecca Hosford and Joseph Hosford.
