Sarah Fletcher Welch, 75, of Silver Springs, Florida passed away August 9, 2021.

Sarah was born September 20, 1945, to the late Alonzo and Loretta Fletcher in Steinhatchee, Florida. She had lived in the Ocala area for over 30 years after moving there from Dixie County. Sarah was a member of the 1963 Dixie County High School Class and retired from Sprint in Ocala in 1997 after 22 years of service. The things that made her the happiest was spending time with her family, friends and going to the beach with her sisters. Sarah will always be remembered as a kindhearted person who would be there to help her friends however she could. She was of the Baptist faith.

Sarah is survived by her daughters Lonette Cauthen (William) and Joetta Childers (Kim) her grandchildren Kody Childers, Hunter Childers, and Samuel Cauthen, her sister Janice Miller, and other extended family members. She was preceded in death by her twin sister Evie Fletcher Wilson.
