Vickie Lynn "Sunshine" Morris, age 64, of Bristol, TN took Jesus' hand and went home on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 10:45 A.M. at home.
She worked for the Bristol Credit Union and Haynesfield Elementary School and was a member of Bristol Life Saving Crewettes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Ramona Burns and her husband, Wayne A. Morris.
Survivors include her daughters, Lindsey Morris and Amber Morris; Waine Morris and wife, Theresa; sisters, Ann Pierson and husband, Gene and Mary Lu Brewer and husband, Dale; niece, Jessica Carr and husband, Lucas; nephews, Matthew Walsh, Stephen Brewer and Skyler Brewer; great-nieces, Natalie Carr and Samantha Carr; great-nephews, Oakley Carr and Weston Carr; extended family, Tammy and Dean Kinder; David and Sharon Dowell, and Traci Haga-Nash.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 23, 2021 at Mountain Home National Cemetery with eulogy by David Dowell. Pallbearers will be Gene Pierson, Matthew Walsh, Waine Morris, Dean Kinder, Jerry Fleenor and Teddy Castle. Honorary Pallbearers will be Danny Dorsey, R.C. Jones, Marty Thomas and A.D Jones.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Rd., Greenville, SC 29605.
