Visitation: 6-8pm Friday, August 27, 2021 at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Service: 10am Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Johnson Station Cemetery, Arlington, Texas.

William was born in Fort Worth, Texas on March 20, 1956 and grew up in Arlington, Texas. He eventually moved to a spot on the Leon River in Hico, Texas where he fished all the time, that's where he found his peace. He loved being outdoors and going on runs with his fur baby, Bang. Those two were always side by side. More than anything though, William loved being a father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His daughter and grandbabies meant the world to him, especially his new great-grandchild. His friends were also like family to him. His caring spirit will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William David Beard Sr. and Ruby Cantrell Beard; sister, Nancy Woods.

He is survived by his daughter, Aubry Wells and husband, John; sister, Barbara Wooten; grandchildren, Brenna Darch and spouse Jimmy, Landed Ibarra and spouse Kenadee, Blade Ibarra; great-grandchild, Sturgill Darch; niece, Julie Shelle; nephew, Jason Wooten; other family members, Sandra and Mark, Randy and Sylena, Bobby Chasteen, Diane, WIld Bob, Lucky and his dog, Bang.
