SPENCER, William Ralph. Beloved husband of the late Ramona (nee Maude) Spencer. Devoted father of Stephen Spencer, Kenneth Spencer, and Ramona Sue (Doug) Bagwell. Loving grandfather of Ramona Moore, Jaime Gregory, Andrea Bagwell, Jeff Spencer, Amy Spencer, and Sharon Spencer. Great grandfather of Ellie Moore.

William passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at the age of 94 years.

Friends may greet the family from 12 Noon until time of service at 1 PM on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246.

Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
