Elsie was born on April 14, 1933 to the late Anastaia and Timko Drol. She grew up in Singac and lived in Lake Parsippany. Elsie also maintained a home in Gibson, Pennsylvania for many years before moving to Sea Bright.
She was a key punch operator for the International Paper Co. in Denville for many years before retiring.
Elsie enjoyed cooking, baking, and all forms of crafts, including flower arranging, and knitting. She loved creating many outstanding gardens with her husband, Allton.
Elsie was pre-deceased by her husband, Allton who passed away in 2009; her daughter, Donna Brown; her sisters: Mary Krisa and Anna Bianchi; and her brothers: Charles and Andy Drol.
Survivors include her son, Thomas A.; her daughter, Linda A. Smith and her husband, Jim; and her sister, Julie Davidson; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Megan, Cheryl and Ryan.
