Andrew Junius "Snook" Celestine Sr, seventy-two years of age, passed away on December 6, 2008 at Heart Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Faulk Celestine; five sons, Andrew (Charlene) Celestine, Albert (Connie) Celestine, Stevie (Debra) Celestine, Tyrus Brooks, and Tyler Brooks; five daughters, Polly (Nephews), Paula (Carlton), Bonnie (Donald), Angela (Fred), and Alise (James); two brothers, Paul Celestine and Norris Celestine; twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Adrian Cormier Celestine; a daughter, Faye Marie Celestine; two grandsons, James "Shortstop" Celestine and Andrew "NuNu" Celestine; two brothers, John Celestine and Joseph Celestine; and six sisters, Mazel Harmon, Alta Mae Celestine, Emma Bernard, Thelma Lewis, Anna Mae Celestine, and Marjorie Celestine.
