Robert Lee Dolan (Toad) age 84 of Reedsburg, WI, passed away on Saturday August 14, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born July 27, 1937 in Reedsburg, WI the son of Charles and Lucille (Keith) Dolan.

Robert graduated from the Reedsburg Area High School in 1955.

He was united in marriage to Nancy O'Connor on February 20th, 1960.

He worked at Deppe Transit as a semi driver for many years. Most times he transported empty cans to various canning factories. He often reminisced about loading the Ringling Brothers Circus Wagons on to the trucks and transporting them to Washington DC so they could be put on display.

Robert was an avid collector of Hamm's Beer memorabilia. He and Nancy traveled many miles to auctions in search of items to add to his collection.

He and Nancy enjoyed camping, traveling throughout Wisconsin and out west to see the sites, attending country music festivals, riding motorcycle, and watching old westerns.

Robert never hesitated when family, friends, or neighbor were in need of assistance he was always there to lend a helping hand.

Robert is survived by his wife of 61years, Nancy; two daughters, Jill Dolan, Julie Dolan (Lisa Donna); three grandchildren, Kristy Austin-Locke (Chad) , Robby Dolan, Ryan (Shanda) Dolan; three great grandchildren, Avhalyn Locke, Myla Dolan, Livia Dolan; Dorothy Corwith and family, Jim Corwith and family; his special friend Jim Scoon; many other family and friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; Charles (Lucille) Dolan; an infant sister; one son; Jeffery Dolan (Stephanie Bauer); Jim (Hazel) Corwith, Dale Corwith, Dean (Judy) Corwith, Virginia (Gil) Schultz, and Alice Corwith.

A private family graveside service is to be held at the Greenwood Cemetery in Reedsburg, WI. The Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, is assisting the family.
