Wade P. Williamson
Wade Percell Williamson, 65, of 101 Merrilat Ave., Sans Souci, died Monday.
Born in Anderson County, son of the late George Samuel and Minnie Belle Walker Williamson, he was employed by Piedmont Plush Mill before retirement, served with the US Navy during World War II, and was a member of West Greenville Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Buena McKay Williamson; a daughter, Mrs. Morris (Velma) Boling of Atlanta, GA; a son, Wally R. Williamson of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Mrs. Etta W. Devall and Mrs. Fannie W. Sheppard of Greenville; two brothers, Roy E. Williamson and Fred A Williamson of Greenville; four grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be at 3 pm Wednesday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, with burial in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
