Heaven welcomed the sweetest Mom, MoMo, Aunt and Friend on Monday August 9th, 2021. At the age of 81, Ruby Evelyn Fisher Wilson passed after a brief illness at North Oaks MC Hammond, la. Born on August 29,1939 in Wells, Mississippi she grew up in Ponchatoula where she met the love of her life, Charles Wilson. Ruby traveled with her Air Force man living in England, Italy and got to visit too many states to mention. MoMo Ruby loved big and never met a stranger or stray animal. If you knew her, you immediately loved her and she immediately loved you. Special thanks to her niece Debbie and anyone else who gave her a watchful eye over the past few years.
She is Survived by her Children Steven Wilson (Donya), Timothy Wilson (Denise) and Cheryl Raney (Charlie). As well as Her Grandbabies Quincee Roccaforte (Randy) Kaci (Kent Belanger)
and Zachary, Brandon(Hannah Paige), and Hannah Marie, Dylan Raney (Jourdan), great grandchildren Kynzi, Kaylee, and Korinne, Bennett and Parker, and Sawyer as well as so many Nieces and Nephews.
MoMo Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E Wilson, her parents, Clyde Fisher, Irma Nadine Traylor, sisters Annette, Alice, Carolyn, Brother Danny, and daughter-in-law Belinda
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula , 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Interment will follow in Ponchatoula Cemetery, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
