Robert Gerard Stanley, 70, of Spring, Texas, passed away on August 7, 2021.

Robert, "Bob", was born on October 30, 1950 to Robert P. and Ruth Ann Stanley in Manhattan, New York. After graduating from Holy Cross Highschool in 1968 he went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College.

After graduation, he enlisted into the Army Reserves for 10 years. While in the reserves he worked for a collection agency before he landed what would be a fulfilling career at Exxon. He was employed by Exxon for 30+ years. Bob was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of his daughters, Jennifer and Kimberly, and always tried his best to support them in every aspect of their lives. This love of family continued to grow, as the family did, and he embraced the role of "Gramps", for his four beautiful grandchildren.

Bob was also a passionate golfer and could often be found golfing with his friends or family when he wasn't at home viewing the current tournament on TV or watching CSI.

Anyone who knew Bob knew that he was the most giving person that a friend, colleague or person in need could ask for. Bob was predeceased by his father Robert P. Stanley and nephew Brett Santoro. He is survived by his mother Ruth Ann Stanley; his daughters, Jennifer Culver and Kimberly England; his son in laws, Eric Culver and Jeremy England; his four grandchildren, Colby Robert Culver, Trent Daniel Culver, Brody Michael England, and Marleigh Elena England; his sister, Diane Santoro and husband, Victor Santoro, Bob's brother in law; his niece, Tara Santoro; his former wife and friend, Elena Stanley and Fiancee' Nolia Jali, and many other loving family members and friends.
