Erwin J. Boettger--
PITTSBURGH Erwin J. "Tex" Boettger, 85, of Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, and formerly of the Harrisburg area, died Thursday in St. Francis Hospital.
He was a salesman in the dry goods industry, and a former member of St. Margaret Mary Church, Harrisburg.
Surviving are his wife, Rita E. Boettger; a son, Thomas E. of Pittsburgh; two brothers, Hans and Julius, both of Texas; and three grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today in St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Penbrook. Burial will be private.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
Schepner Funeral Home, Pittsburgh, is handling arrangements.
