He was born November 1, 1946 in New Castle, Indiana, a son of Fred and Beatrice Prince Feaster.
Bobby was a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School and entered the U.S. Army where he served a tour of duty in Vietnam. He was a recipient of many military awards and recognitions. He was retired from Chrysler Corporation after many years of service and was a member of United Auto Workers Local 371. He loved family activities, especially sharing time with his children and grandchildren.
Left to cherish his loving memory include his wife, Cheryl Koger Feaster whom he married July 27, 1973; two daughters, Kimberly Sue Rottinghaus of Greenfield, Indiana and Bobbie Jo Day (husband, Matt) of Winchester, Indiana; six grandchildren, Mason, Alex, Cheridan, Jayden, Katie, Callie; one great-granddaughter, Emma Logan; siblings, Linda Ratliff (William), Vickie Robert (Dennis), Robin Feaster, William Feaster, Rick Feaster (Barbara), Freddie (wife, Jenny), Doug (wife, Sherry), Beverly, Misty, Theresa, Ronald, and Sheila; sister-in-law, Tammy Feaster; also many nieces, nephews and cousins; best friends, Jewell and Charlie Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brothers, Gary Feaster and Donald Feaster.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 13, 2021 at Macer-Hall-Marcum & Moffitt Funeral Home, 2011 East Broad Street, New Castle with the U.S. Military officiating services.
Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery and Military Honors will be provided by the U.S. Army, VFW, and the American Legion.
