Sean Patrick Garrett passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at the age of 39.
He was the beloved son of Beulah and Leonard Garrett; biological mother, Patricia Gilmore; biological father, Frank DeSilva; sisters, Gabriel and Emma Gilmore.
Also survived by his wife, Amanda Kate Lauten, daughter, Gianna Angelle Garett, step-daughter, Ellisa Michelle Johnson (Kane); Grandmother Patricia Riemer, Sister Kristal, cousins, Isabelle and Donovan, Sister Tiffany plus cousins Britni and Jonathan.
He is preceded in death by his Aunt Gerry (Bob) and his Aunt Karen.
Survived by cousin, Rachelle and her children, Lexi and Caleb. Also survived by his Aunt Sharon (Jake deceased), Uncle Albert (Marlene), Aunt Patti (Ralph). He is also survived by many other cousins.
Sean attended Grace King High School and received his GED.
His biggest passion was family and Football. He will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA. 70001 from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM with a Memorial service at 11:00 AM.
