Mary Frances Andrews was born on May 2, 1928, near Oney, OK to Vernie Leroy and Eva Jane (Smith) McAnally. She passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021, at her daughter's home near Alfalfa with her family by her side at the age of 93. Mary graduated from Oney High School in a class of 7 graduates. Fred T. Andrews proposed to her on Sunday Baccalaureate; he said he was tired of running and let her catch him. They were later married on June 21, 1946, in Wheeler, TX. They lived in the Binger-Oney area all their married life. Mary enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cooking, and loved to entertain at her house, always with a smile. She was a member of the Home Demonstration Club and active at Binger Community Center where she served on the board and enjoyed delivering meals. She made a profession of faith in Christ at Highland Methodist Church and was baptized in Willow Creek at the age of 8. Mary was a member of the Oney Baptist Church.
Survivors include: her children, Priscilla DiAnne Goergen and husband Johnnie Chris of Lewisville, TX, Pamela Gail Shaw and husband Javan of Alfalfa, OK, and Patricia Dawn Beck and husband Michael of Moore, OK, her grandchildren, Chad Burkhart, Tanya Craddock, Robbie and Marolyn Shaw, Jerod and Danielle Shaw, Megan and Chris Ashbaugh, Corey and Courtney Beck, Cody and Anna Beck, Hannah Beck, Holly Beck, Aubrey Beck, and Aiden Beck, her great grandchildren, Sarah Scruggs and Chase, Micah and Alvis Hayden , Morgan Burkhart, Collin Shaw, Riley T. Beck, Wesson Shaw, Oliver Beck, Tanner Shaw, her great great grandchildren, David and Marina Hayden and Addie Scruggs, her sister, Ruth Reynolds of Lamar, AR, as well as many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernie and Eva McAnally, her husband, Fred T. Andrews, her brothers, Ira McAnally and Lester McAnally.
