Frederick J. Parker, 74, Cape Vincent, passed away Monday, Aug. 9, 2021, at his home.
Born Nov. 18, 1946, the son to the late Earl T. And Geraldine Hubbard Parker, he served in the United States Army during the Vietnam era.
Frederick lived in Florida for several years working as a laborer for various cleaning services. In 2012 he moved back to NNY to be with his family.
Surviving are his children, Teresa Hazelwood, Three Mile Bay, Heather Schwandrer, Natural Bridge, and Frederick Parker, Jr., Glenfield; 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother, Earl T., and a sister, Rosalee.
