ROGERS, Frances D. (Brown), of Ft. Myers, FL, formerly of Randolph, passed away suddenly on July 29, 2021, at the age of 91.

Born in CT., Fran grew up in Waltham and graduated from Waltham High School. She worked as a Traffic Supervisor for the Town of Randolph, retiring in 1992 after a 30 year career.

In her free time Fran was an avid reader, a member of the Sons of Italy and the Red Hat Society. She was a sports fan and could often be found cheering on her favorite team, the Boston Bruins.

Family was what mattered most for her and Fran was dedicated to her children and grandchildren, never missing a sporting event, dance recital or a chance to celebrate a special event. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend, Fran will be sorely missed by all who were blessed to have known her.

Fran was the beloved wife of William F. Rogers. Loving mother of Stephen J. Rogers and his wife Debra of Halifax, Dawn Cruickshank and her husband Thomas of Brockton and the late Gail Craven and her husband David Craven of Winchester. Dear step-sister of Wayne Wedekind and his wife Charlotte of Newton. Cherished "Gramma" to Nicole, Jason, Michael, David, Katie, Sarah, Justin, Kyle and the late Dennis and "Great Gramma" to Tyler, Emily, Emma, Sophia, Harper, Skylar and Abbie. Sister-in-law of Frank and Janice Rogers of Bourne and Geraldine Rogers of Holbrook. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family both here and in FL.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, August 5th from 4:00 – 8:00 PM in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 No. Main St. (RT. 28), Randolph. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 6th at 10:30 AM in St. Mary Church, 211 No. Main St., Randolph. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
