Michael Allen Caldwell, son of the late Richard Caldwell and Dorothy Rowe Caldwell, was born on September 1, 1951, in Frisco, Missouri, and departed this life on August 10, 2021, in the Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston, Missouri, at the age of 69 years.

Mr. Caldwell was a former farmer, and he was a former counselor with the Butler County Justice System. He was raised in the Pyle Town Community, a member of the Pleasant Grove Community Church and a resident of Sikeston.

He is survived by two nephews, Jason Pounds (Andrea Burnett) and Codi Rolwing, all of Sikeston, Missouri; by his niece Laura LaPorte of Southaven, Mississippi; and by his brother-in-law, Don Rolwing.

Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Rolwing.

Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, August 14, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Phil Tanner officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
