Milton Lynch Walker, 98, passed away August 12, 2021 at his home. He was born July 14, 1923 in Charlotte, North Carolina, a son of the late Lester William and Lela Lynch Walker. He was preceded in death by is loving wife of 65 years June Moore Walker; brother William H. Walker.

Milton was a lifetime member of Berryhill Baptist Church. He was a woodworker, enjoyed gardening and was an all around handyman. Milton was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. He will be greatly missed by his daughters Brenda W. Shore and husband Ric of Carolina Beach, NC, Beckie W. Lakey and husband Gene of Charlotte; sister Ruby W. Potts of Charlotte; grandchildren Christa (Greg) Mobley of Wallace, NC, Chad (Kelly) Lakey of Advance, NC; great grandchildren Drake Mobley, Addison Lakey, Parker Lakey and Caroline Lakey and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2 - 3:00 pm, Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Berryhill Baptist Church. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm with Rev. Michael Davis officiating. Interment will be in Berryhill Baptist Church Cemetery.
