Andrew Jackson "Jack" Caldwell, 77, of Workman Branch Road, Madison, WV passed away November 7, 2007 at Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Shelia Browning.
He was retired from the WV Department of Highways and was a member of the Gordon Union Church.
He is survived by his wife, Irene; daughters, Patricia Ann Slate of Madison and Kimberly Pridemore of Mansfield, Ohio; son, Tommy Andrew Caldwell of Madison; sister, Henrietta Foster of Bob White; brother, Clevie Caldwell of NC; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren .
Services will be 2 pm Monday, November 12 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with the Rev. Phil Rowe officiating. Burial will follow in Boone Memorial Park, Madison.
