Mrs. Harrell was born on December 29, 1975 to David Walls, Sr. and Linda Jackson Walls Camplin. She worked as a Consolidator for Clark Industries in Madisonville, KY and was a member of the Star of Bethlehem Church.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Timothy Harrell of White Plains, KY; one son, Earl Basham, attending college in Texas; one sister, Heather Murphy of Princeton, KY; one step sister, Felisha Meeks Carabajal (Jesse) of Princeton, KY; three brothers, David Walls, Jr. (Melinda) of Dawson Springs, KY, Scott Walls of Lexington, KY and Nathan Routt of Madisonville, KY; four step brothers, Todd Camplin (Christania) of Jefferson, TX, Troy Camplin (Anna) of Richardson, TX, Jason Meeks (Jenna) of Princeton, KY and Johnny Meeks of Sturgis, KY.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Walls, Sr.
