Michael "Mikey" Scott Gardner age 52, of Knoxville, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Fort Sanders Regional. He was a member of St. James Episcopal Church. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph, grandparents: Nanny and Homer and Mabel and Joseph; and aunt and uncle, Jerry and Sally. He is survived by his mother Vickie, sister Susie, niece Jamie, nephews: Craig, Ryan and Matthew; aunts and uncles, Sheri and Steve Dew, Andy and JoAnne, and aunt Pam Parham, numerous nieces and nephews, and best friend Johnny Black. A private service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church. The family would like to thank the nurses Med/Sur ICU Fort Sanders and Dr. Chalsery.
