Independent Paint Contractor Enjoyed Softball, Deep-Sea Fishing, And Grilling

James "Jim" Nolan, 67, of Soddy Daisy passed peacefully at his home surrounded by family, on Saturday, August 7, 2021.

Jim was of the Christian faith. He was an independent paint contractor, who also enjoyed softball, deep-sea fishing, and grilling. Jim was known by friends at the "Master of Mexican Cornbread".

Jim was preceded in death by his father Reverend Jesse Carl Nolan and mother, Billye Nolan.

Left to carry his memory forever are his wife, Allyson Bowman Nolan his brother, Larry (Patricia) Nolan, daughter, Jessica (Bert) Gann, granddaughter, Stella, one niece, one nephew, six great nephews, one great great nephew, several cousins and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Chattanooga or Amyloidosis Foundation, Clarkston, Mi.
