DECEASED: Mr. Michael K. Ellis age 62 of Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 8, 2021 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY at the Nortons Audubon Hospital.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Michael K. Ellis was born in Anderson, Madison Co., Indiana on Wednesday, November 26, 1958 to the late Louis K. and Nettie Marie (Garrett) Ellis. Michael resided in Indiana and Tennessee until he entered the Army. He was retired; after working at Oreck as a parts handler. He was a huge sports fan and card collector, loved coaching, and anything sports related. He enjoyed his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren; loved his church family at the Summerfield United Metodist Church. Michael will be greatly missed.
SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: James Ellis of Summer Shade, KY, Matthew of TN; 3 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren; 2 Sisters: Laura Phelps and her husband Dave of Indiana, Linda Brandt of TN 4 Brothers: Steve Ellis and wife Ursula, Tom Ellis and his wife Terri of TN, John Ellis of GA, Dean Ellis and his wife Michelle of TN; Several nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Michael K. Ellis will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Saturday, 14th starting at 12 noon with service time to follow. Officiating the service will be Bro. Tommy Harris. The family has chose cremation after the service.
