Ruby Mae "June" Daniely Jackson, the eldest daughter of three children, was born on June 23, 1940 in Macon, Bibb County, Georgia to the parentage of Julius Daniely and Ida Mae Cochran.
She was educated in the Bibb County School System.
Affectionately known as "June", she was loved by all that met her.
June was united in marriage to Eugene Jackson, Sr. and to this union six children were born.
She was a member of Leap of Faith Ministries, formerly known as Pentecostal Temple COGIC and served as the President of the Usher Board.
Over the years, she worked at multiple companies including Bibb Mill, Macon Linen and Cagle's Poultry Company to help provide for her family.
She was a quiet and simple woman who adored her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She did not talk much, and when she did talk, she meant what she said. She was content with being at home and working in her yard.
June departed this life on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her loved ones. She is now reunited with her husband; her oldest daughter, Patricia; and parents.
She leaves to cherish her memories and miss her dearly: four loving daughters and one adored son, Dorothy Jean Jackson of Warner Robins, GA; Brenda (John) Sutton of Kathleen, GA; Debbie Gilmore and Timmie Jackson both of Macon GA; and Eugene, Jr. (Dr Jacqueline) Jackson of Macon, GA; seven grandchildren, Sharon (Sohail) Dosani, Tashika Clark, Anthony Clark, Naketa Cornegay, Jaleesa Cornegay, Mardcus (Monkeia) Jackson and Patricia Scott; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister that loved her dearly, Charles (Margaree) Daniely of Macon GA; and Shirley Cunningham of Pinkerington OH; three sisters-in-law, Bessie Johnson of Macon, GA; Vallie Gibson and Evelyn Clayton both of Lizella, GA; a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
