Arthur T. Burton, age 82 of Villa Rica, passed away on August 8, 2021. He was born in Newark, NJ on September 9, 1938, son of the late Nathaniel Burton and the late Christina Litzenburger Burton. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. Arthur retired after 20 years of service for Walmart as a stockman.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Cannon Burton.
Arthur is survived by his children: Patricia Burton and Jeremy Stilwell; Michael and Delores Burton; grandchildren: Jessica Duckett and Brandy Burton.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 12, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. The Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of the funeral home with Reverend Mike Mallory officiating.
