Cynthia Kay "Cindy" Finley, age 66, a home health care giver, died Friday, February 12, 2016, at Bourbon Heights Nursing Home, in Paris, Kentucky. She was born March 5, 1949, in Decatur, Illinois, a daughter of Dorothy Beggs Finley, of Carlisle, and the late Edward Kern Finley, and was a graduate of Paris High School.
In addition to her mother, Cynthia is survived by: a son, Brian Finley, of Paris; a grandson, Austin Finley, of Paris; a sister, Venita Archer, of Texas; two brothers, Robert Finley and Mike Finley, both of Texas; and a sister-in-law, Deborah Finley, of Paris. A brother, Terry Finley, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. There will be no service.
