Betty Jo Foster Wheeler 87, of Leesburg, FL, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 06, 2021, after a short battle with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
She was born in Huntsville, AL on November 06, 1933 to Lewis Fletcher Foster and Edna Mae Potts Foster. She was raised in Huntsville, AL and graduated from Huntsville High School in 1952.
When asked to write her obituary she said "I was here and now I am not". We loved her sense of humor.
She is preceded in death by her parents Lewis Fletcher Foster and Edna Mae Potts Foster: and brothers, Louis Foster and Frank Foster.
She is survived by two sons, Terry (Linda) Wheeler of DeBerry, FL and Tom (Penny) Wheeler of Leesburg, FL; two grandchildren, Aimee Stilp and Joshua (Suzanne) Wheeler; three great-grandchildren, Trey and Eli Stilp and Smooth Wheeler; and brother, Billy Paul Foster, Huntsville, AL.
Graveside service will be held at Huntsville Memory Gardens on Wednesday, August 18, 221 at 11:00 AM with Kevin Patterson officiating. Arrangements in care of Berryhill Funeral Home & Crematory, Huntsville, AL.
