Brian Lee Murray, age 39, passed away Friday August 6, 2021, at his home from a yearlong battle with liver failure. Born in Cleveland County on December 13, 1981, he was the son of Danny Ray and Sonja Rae Bowen Murray. Brian worked over 9 years with Milliken Chemical as an Advance Control Room Operator.
In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by his wife of 14 years, Kristy Ware Murray. His son and daughter Landon Cole Murray and Alayna Diane Murray.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 2pm in the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. Tom Runyon, officiating. Burial will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30-2:00pm at the funeral home.
