Gary Dale Wells, 55, of Louisa, KY passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Three Rivers Medical Center following an brief illness. Gary was born April 22, 1966 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Charles Edward and Anna Kitchen Wells.

He is survived by his wife, Karla Queen Wells; two sisters, Anna Marie (Donald Richard) Frazier and Juanita (Danny Joe) Workman; one nephew, D.J. (Courtneay) Workman; two nieces, Crystal (Levi) Constant and Reva Traugott; one great niece, Kendall Constant; and four great nephew, Knox Constant, Krew Constant, Bennett Workman, and great nephew, Sullivan Workman.

Gary D. Wells loved spending his days outside, whether it be fishing, hunting, working in the garden, or running his beagles. His greatest joy in this world was his "Pookie" Karla Wells. He was a valued member of his community and loved by everyone. He was a kid at heart and the biggest jokester. There was hardly a time when he was not smiling. He loved nothing more than to sit on the floor and play with his nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Willard Masonic Lodge 626 F&AM. he will be missed by a host of family and friends.

He was an Equipment Operator for Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Hager Ratcliff officiating. Burial will follow in the Queen Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Monday, August 9 from 5-9 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home, Masonic rites will also be performed by Willard Lodge 626 F&AM at 7:00 PM
