August 21, 1931 - August 2, 2021

On Monday, August 2nd, 2021, Myrtle Louise Taylor (also known as Louise Taylor) died in Springfield, OR at the age of 89.

Louise is survived by her son, Steven; daughter-in-law, Judy; grandson, Franklin; granddaughter-in-law, Perla; granddaughter, Sharon; and great grandchildren, Amelia and Hope.

Louise will join her parents, Opal and Clarence, in heaven. She will also be reunited with her husband, Charles, who went to be with the Lord too early in life.

Louise was a very jovial and social person who enjoyed talking to so many people while traveling. She loved the cats she took care of over the years, including her last late companion, Hannah. Years ago, when she passed the American Cardiology Technologist Association exam, she was the first person in Oregon to put the initials R.C.T after her name (as far as she knows).

Louise was born in Kansas, but due to the Great Depression, moved up to Grants Pass, OR, and then made Eugene, OR her home along with her late husband Charles. She continued to live in the same house for many years after.

A public showing for Louise is scheduled for August 12 and August 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. both days at Musgrove in Eugene.
