He was born Oct. 22, 1943, in Gowanda, N.Y. to the late Olin and Annabelle (Webster) Kelley.
Ronald served four years in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
He worked for the town of New Albion and retired after 30 years of service.
Ron loved building model airplanes and had a passion for carpentry.
He is survived by his wife Dianne; his son, Shannon (Michaela) Kelley; his stepchildren: Lisa (Evan) Hall, Dan Dowling, Nadine Alessi, Julie (John) Tolin, Jim Alessi and Jennifer Alessi. His grandson, Liam Kelley; his siblings: Jerry (Bill) Bierfeldt and Rita (Gary) Mrowka; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Aug. 3, 2021,, at 1 p.m in Liberty Park Cemetery.
