Funeral services for Ludie Gunn, 87, of New Albany, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, at Howard Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 1715 E. Market St., New Albany with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. She died Friday, March 14, 2008, at Lincoln Hills Health Care Center in New Albany. She was a native of Sulfur, Ky., and she was a member of Howard Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, New Albany. Survivors include a son, John E. Cousins; three sisters, Claudie Robinson, Earline Gains and Geneva White; a brother, Thomas L. White; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Baity's Funeral Home in New Albany is in charge of arrangements.
