She departed this life July 30, 2021 in Salem, Arkansas at the age of 63 years, 2 months and 10 days. She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker and friend. Most of her working years were spent in nursing, caring for the elderly. Deborah was united in marriage to Van Gordon in October 2011 and they made their home in the Oxford area. She was of the Baptist faith.
Deborah is survived by her husband Van Gordon of the home; three sons: John Brian Sutton and wife Lee Ann of Mountain Home, Zachary Alexander Clein of Pennsylvania and Taylor Andrew Clein of Mountain Home; in daughter: Brandie Kimes and husband Patrick of Nashville, Tennessee; her mother: Elise Maddox of Richland, Mississippi; eleven grandchildren: Ethan Kimes, Maddox Kimes, Brianna Kimes, Joshua Jones, Zackary Jones, Elizabeth Jones, Victoria Jones, Jonathan Sutton, Christopher Sutton, Alexanderia Sutton and Elizabeth Sutton and a host of other relatives and many good friends. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother: Ronnie Maddox.
The family will be holding a private memorial service at a later date.
