Mrs. Felix Vincent Goldsborough, formerly Miss Camilla Shinkle Eaton, of Covington, Ky., died yesterday at her town house, 309 Somerset road, in Roland Prk, after a prolonged illness.

Daughter of the former Elizabeth Shinkle Williams and George Freeman EAton, of Covington, Ky., she came to Baltimore as a bride in 1902 where she was prominent socially and was known for her charitable and philanthopic pursuits.

In August of last year, the couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversity at Goldsborough Hall, their country estate on Kent Island, in Queen Annes county.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sister, Mrs. A. John Lansdowne, Lake Worth Fl. and Cincinnati, Oh., and Mrs. william White, of Covington, Ky.; and three children, Mrs. Stirling J. Graham, Felix V. Jr., and Leslie Eaton Goldsborough.

Also surviving are three grandchildren, Miss Patricia Goldsborough, Miss Camilla Stirling Graham and Leslie Eaton Goldsborough, Jr.
