SALISBURY
Judith Carol Thomas Elliott, age 74 of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 at her home. Born November 20, 1946 in Beckley, West Virginia, Judith was the daughter of the late Rev. Jack D. Thomas and Ellie Garrett Thomas.
Judy worked for 26 years for Salisbury Motor Company, where she was the bookkeeper. She was also a member of Friendship Baptist for over 10 years. The Lord and her faith were very important to her. Her family was also very important to her as was her fur-baby, Toby.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons; Gary Goodman Jr. (Christina) and Mark Simmons, as well as her brother, Robert Thomas and sister, Shelby Sanford (Bill). She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Dalton Scott Goodman, Aidan Goodman and Juliana La Platt.
Graveside services are scheduled for Mrs. Elliott on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 11:00 am at Rowan Memorial Park in Salisbury with Pastor Jason Pierce, officiating.
