Louise was the daughter of Willie Jackson and Anna Mae Snipes Jackson, she was one of 7 children. She was educated in the Schley County School System. She was a member of the Union Hill AME Church in Ellaville, Georgia where she served on the Usher Board for 40 years until her health began to decline.
She was married to Joe Lewis Ford. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Annie Mae Burrow, Rosa Mae Harold and Marie Jackson and 1 brother, Willie B. Jackson.

2 Sisters: Martha Lynn Black and Nettie Ruth Kendrick.
1 Brother: Bobby Jackson(Henrietta).
Graveside services were held Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11AM in the Union Hill AME Church Cemetery in Ellaville, Georgia.
