Julie was a loving, dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed working in real estate, while also leveraging her Master's in Counseling from Liberty University to counsel others. Julie will be remembered for her involvement in the church, love for travel, enjoyment watching her grandchildren grow up, watching gardening shows or a BBC mystery series, and spending time with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Randall. She is survived by her daughters Melinda Walter and her husband Bryan of Arlington, VA; Rachel Estrada and her husband Will of Lovettsville, VA; Deborah Stone and her husband Joshua of Strongsville, OH; and Laura Clark and her husband Scott of Louisa, VA. She is survived by her grandchildren Jack Walter, Dominic and Merrick Estrada, Judah, Rebecca and Hannah Stone, and Alexander Clark. She is also survived by her father Dr. John Rhee of Silver Spring, MD; her brother Kirk Rhee and his wife Kathleen Rhee of Ellicott City, MD; and her sister Helen Rhee and her husband Tarik Taybi of Bethesda, MD; and her nephews Ryan and Finn Taybi.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Pierce Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Stonewall Memory Gardens.
