Greg was a lifelong Canton-Galva resident, where he graduated from Canton High School with the class of 1972.
He was united in marriage to Loretta "Lorrie" Burris on May 29, 1980. She survives of the home.
He spent his adult life working in the oil field. Greg retired early in order to follow Lorrie and have many traveling nursing adventures.
Other survivors include his son, Ian Lewis PhD of Lawrence; sister, Joni Webster of Galva; and his beloved animals, Maxwell P. Puppycat and Charlie K. Kittykat.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Wilma Lewis; sisters, Cheri Kay and Patty Ann; and nephew, Wesley W. Webster.
Greg loved his home and family deeply. He had many adventures on his motorcycle, was a voracious reader and was always ready to travel somewhere new.
