Susan was born November 26, 1940 to Emett and Katherine Lewis in Washington D.C. She married Ernest Lewis and was a loving wife. She had served her country honorably in the United States Marine Core Reserves. Susan had many hobbies which included the love of cooking, camping, the outdoors, and spending time with her family. She especially loved her grandchildren. She was also a member of the Door Christian Fellowship Church in Silver City, NM. Susan will be truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Susan is survived by husband, Ernest H. Lewis; one daughter, Gail Moran (Tim); four sons, Mike, William (Corrine), Patrick (Laura), and Donny Lewis; also surviving her are many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Emett and Katherine Lewis; and one daughter, Brenda Walker.
