Mary Catherine (Connor) McClure, 85, went to sing and plant flowers with Jesus on August 2, 2021. She was born May 10, 1936, in Orchard Park, Colo. She met her wonderful husband, James McClure, in 1950. They married April 27, 1952, and started their lives together on a farm near Boone. Mary was Mom to 11+ children, a homemaker and delivered newspapers for the Chieftain for 40+ years. She belonged to the Extension Homemakers Club and enjoyed canning, making doughnuts, playing with her grandchildren, playing games and cards, bowling and playing BUNCO with her friends and family. Preceded in death by her husband, James, of 60 years; her parents, Tom and Grace Connor; brothers, James and William Connor; daughters, Darlene Hoyt, Grace Faix and Mary Kay Catron; son, John McClure; in-laws, Merl (Juanita) McClure, Anna (Larry) Ross, Robert McClure, Liz Connor, Betty Connor, Carolyn Connor, David Faix, Michael Taylor, Robert Mellon and Karl Hoyt; twin grandsons, Patrick and Thomas McClure; and granddaughter, Christmas Jordan. She leaves behind her siblings, Tom (Beverly) Connor, Frances Demery, Daniel Connor, Linda Connor and John (Martha) Connor; Children, Patricia Taylor, James (Sandy) McClure, Thomas (Debbie) McClure, Melody McClure, Daniel McClure, Cheri (Doug) Niccoli and Velvet (Robert) Serena; son-in-law, Herman Catron; grandchildren, Rochelle, Brad, Jason, Vickiy, Paul, Jonathon, Sarah, Esther, Jennifer, Michelle, Patricia, Shawntelle, Tiffany, James Jr, Tracy, Crystal, Tiffany, Tommy Jr, Amanda, Timmy, Shawnee, Josh, Patrick, Karl, Chad, Zach, Craig, Joan, Yolanda, Danielle, Johnie, Zachary, Matthew, Justin, Samuel, Noah, Buddie, Connor, Robert, Allen, Cameron, Alisha and John; numerous great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and she loved and cherished each and every one of them.
