William Darryl "Billy" Nicholson, 63, of West Frankfort passed away on Wednesday August 4, 2021 in his residence at 8:08am.
Billy was born on June 26, 1958 in Benton, Illinois to Kenneth and Charlene (Slimak) Nicholson. He was of the Catholic Faith and was a member of the Buccaneer's Club in Johnston City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Kenny Nicholson, and a brother-in-law Don Carello.
Billy is survived by his sister Marsha Carello, brother Tim (Tina) Nicholson, and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday August 9, 2021 in the Union Funeral Home-West Frankfort with Pastor Tod Parchman officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00pm at the funeral home prior to the service.
