Curtis R. McCoy

Curtis R. McCoy of Lenexa, Kan., passed away on November 11, 2010, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. He was 90 years old and was the youngest of nine children.
He is survived by his three children, Bob McCoy and his wife Judy, Lynda McCoy and Jim McCoy and his wife Rosemary, three grandchildren, Bob McCoy, Sean McCoy and his wife Andrea, and Sarah McCoy, and four great grandchildren. He is also survived by his faithful canine companion, Candy.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Marjorie, and his second wife of 11 years, Jane McCoy.
Mr. McCoy was a native of Kansas City, Kan., and lived in the area all his life.
Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Chapel Hill Mausoleum, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kan., with services starting at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Diabetes Association or the Humane Society of the U.S.
