James passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer. He served in the Army in the 1970's being sent to Germany. James worked for Masonite Corporation after returning home. He enjoyed the races, and you could find him at the Ukiah Raceway or Lakeport Raceway any Friday or Saturday night. James was preceded in death by his mother Agnes and father Warren, brother Walter Loucks and sister Anita Bowers. He is survived by his brother Arthur Loucks, brother Leroy Loucks (Versa), Brother David Loucks (Nancy), Sister Sharon Rossiter and sister Nancy Troia (Tony) and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. His family and friends will hold him close in their hearts forever.
