Paul Cumins Mitchell went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2021. He was 78 years old. Paul served in the US Army Band and then taught elementary band in Fairfax County for 34 years. He is survived by his wife Winnie, two sons (Mark and Scott) and their wives (Jennifer and Emily) and five grandchildren (Emily and Christopher - Lila, Kara and Landon).
Paul's life will be celebrated at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA on Monday, August 9 : Visitation at noon, service at 1 PM and interment at 2 PM. Donations to Paul's memory can be made to Immanuel Bible Church and Seneca Creek Community Church.
