37, of Lowell, left his Earthly life to spend eternity in Heaven, Monday, August 2, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Jessica; children, Ava Elizabeth and Mason Hugh Thomas; parents, Thomas and Cynthia; brother, Thomas (Stephanie); grandparents, Robert and Norma Jean Tippy as well as many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and extended family and friends.
Jeff was a 2002 graduate of La Lumiere High School in LaPorte, and held a Criminal Justice degree from USI. He was a member of the FOP, the IN Department of Corrections K-9 Unit and Westville Honor Guard.
Visitation, Sunday August 8 from 12-4, Concluding with Funeral Services at 4PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell. Private Burial will take place in Bass Lake Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family on behalf of his children's education fund.
