Joyce Marie Troup was born June 4, 1938 in Brazoria County, Texas to Fannie Marie Norris Ainsworth and Marion M. Ainsworth, and died November 21, 2011 at Kensington Nursing and Rehab Center in Montgomery County, Maryland. She has resided in Tyler, Chambers, Jefferson and Harris Counties in Texas and has been a resident of Montgomery County, Maryland for the past two years. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Roscoe Floyd Troup. She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Troup Leighton of Glen Echo, Maryland and her husband, Russell; daughter Bobbie Troup Zaldivar of Silver Spring, Maryland and her husband, Nelson; granddaughters Mary Morgan Filyaw and Lucille Filyaw; granddaughter Ashley Zaldivar-Cedeno and her husband, Carlos; grandson Christopher Zaldivar and his fiance Regina Harple; step-grandsons Taylor and Aidan Leighton; sister-in-law Dianne Troup Richman of Baldwinsville, New York; nephew Robert Richman, II of Liverpool, New York; aunt Marion Ledbetter of Beaumont, Texas, as well as other relatives and friends.
