Sharon A. Daugherty, 72, of Logansport, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021, at North Woods Village in Kokomo, IN.

Born on August 31, 1948, in Logansport, she is the daughter to the late John William and Hazel (Schubach) Stephens. On November 19, 1966, in Logansport, she married Max Thomas Daugherty who preceded in death on January 13, 1989.

Sharon loved attending her grandchildren's events. She enjoyed nature, especially watching the wildlife from her back deck at home. She was an avid fan of watching sports, QVC and the Hallmark channel. Sharon attended the Logansport Church and according to her family, made the best dirt pudding and baked beans. Sharon also enjoyed attending all the local festivals with her friends.

Surviving Sharon is a son, Jeff (Deana) Daugherty of Logansport; granddaughter, April (Josh) Beene of Logansport; grandson, Drew (Autum) Daugherty of Bloomington; four great grandchildren, Cora, Iris and Rhett Daugherty; and Max Beene. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and dog, Riley.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry and Jerry Stephens.

Sharon was a loving mother and grandmother; she will be missed greatly. Per Sharon's request services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
